Femm amsterdam is an art and design studio with an inherent fascination for the immediate beauty and emotional power of colour. By exploring how hues shape mood, perception, and atmosphere, the studio creates pieces that energise, soften, or elevate a space.

Founded in 2020 by Femke Hofhuis following a successful career as a set designer, her studio blends a refined aesthetic with an intuitive sense of energy. With the ability to read both people and places instinctively, Femke designs deeply personal, uplifting works — from bespoke design objects, mirrors and art pieces to sophisticated, custom-made textiles.

Through close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and private clients, she moves fluidly between intimate commissions and large-scale hospitality projects.

Femke creates jewellery for the space—striking focal points that infuse a space with soul and personality. Each of her colour combinations radiates a unique vibration, while her shapes tell stories, and materials evoke a emotional response. Through the harmony of these elements, each design becomes a quiet force for spreading more positive, feminine energy worldwide.
