Femm Amsterdam is an art and design studio driven by a deep fascination with the immediate beauty and emotional impact of colour and form. By exploring how these elements influence mood, perception, and atmosphere, the studio creates sculptural artworks and installations that energise, soften, or uplift the spaces and people around them.

Founded in 2020 by Femke Hofhuis following a successful career as a set designer, her studio blends a refined aesthetic with an intuitive sense of energy. With the ability to read both people and places instinctively, Femke designs deeply personal, uplifting works — from exclusive sculptures to public art installations.

Through close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and private clients, she moves fluidly between intimate commissions and large-scale hospitality projects.

Femke creates jewellery for your space—striking focal points that infuse a space with soul and personality. Each of her colour combinations radiates a unique vibration, while her shapes tell stories, and materials evoke a emotional response. Through the harmony of these elements, each design becomes a quiet force for spreading more uplifting & softening energy worldwide.

Excited to share that we've been collaborating with international brands like ME by Melia hotels & SPACES as well as leading interior architects such as ROAR.

femm was mentioned in, amongst others, Design Milk, Harpers Bazaar Arabia, Elle Decoration, DesignWanted, Volkskrant Magazine, Residence.
